The DeLozier Family initiated this Scholarship Fund in 2024 to support and promote emerging leaders in the club industry, fostering advancement and career development for individuals who are underrepresented in the club management profession. Our industry is a family affair for the DeLoziers. They have been deeply rooted in our industry for decades and their desire to give back to the industry that has fulfilled them is strong. This desire led them to initiate the DeLozier Family Scholarship Fund to support and promote emerging leaders in our industry, fostering advancement and career development for individuals who are underrepresented in the club management profession.

The DeLozier Group provides support for the recipients of this scholarship and also provides executive search, leadership coaching and assessment, succession planning, interim management, and strategic board retreat support to private clubs across the nation. The Club Management Association of America (CMAA) values and seeks diverse and inclusive participation within the club management profession. CMAA believes in and is committed to supporting a robust and varied workforce in the management and staffing of clubs, through management and hiring practices, recruiting, training, and access to career growth within clubs.

Through The Club Foundation, The DeLozier Scholarship awards scholarships furthering this core CMAA principle.
