THE CLUB FOUNDATION ELECTS ITS 2005 BOARD OF GOVERNORS

Alexandria. VA -- March 3, 2005 --The Club Foundation is pleased to announce the election of its 2005 Board of Governors. The slate was approved at The Club Foundation's annual meeting, March 2, 2005, during the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) World Conference on Club Management in New Orleans, LA. The mission of The Club Foundation is to raise funds to financially support the professional development of club managers through education, training and research initiatives.

“I am confident that the 2005 Board of Directors will continue to do the necessary work to successfully propel The Club Foundation forward. We have made tremendous strides in increasing the funds available to club managers, students and faculty. I know that the 2005 Board is comprised of dedicated and forward-thinking professionals—many of whom have experienced first-hand the benefits of our mission,” said 2004 Chairman George Carroll, CCM.
