Seth Gregg, Chief Operating Officer

Seth Gregg is the Chief Operating Officer for The Club Foundation. He assumes general management of the Foundation with particular focus on fund raising, marketing and communication initiatives intended to promote awareness of The Club Foundation’s mission. Seth brings his wide range of experience and resources to The Club Foundation and upholds the traditions and standards that the members of CMAA have come to expect.

Seth spent the past thirteen years honing his skills in business development, finance and overall management. Most recently, he worked in the education industry at different posts including business developer, financier, general manager and consultant. As Vice President of Capacity Building for the National Charter School Alliance in Alexandria, VA, he was responsible for the development and management of all activities associated with increasing the capacity of state charter organizations and local charter schools. Prior to that, Seth served as Principal to Education Capital Markets, Inc., a niche investment banking firm focused exclusively in the education market space. Here, he gained significant experience in strategic and business planning in both non-profit and for profit ventures.

Seth is a graduate of Clemson University where he earned a bachelors degree in Finance. Currently, he resides with his wife and two children in Oak Hill, VA. When he is not commuting to work, you will find him entertaining his children or playing golf, softball, basketball and tennis.



Nichole Rhodes, Director, Development


Nichole joined CMAA in October 2000 as Special Projects and Development Coordinator for The Club Foundation (CF).  Her primary duties include managing the Foundation’s Scholarship and Grant Programs and various fundraising activities, including the Benefit Drawing and Run with the Presidents.  In May 1999, Nichole graduated from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, where she earned her B.A. in Spanish. Nichole enjoys scrapbooking, playing golf, reading, spending time with family and friends, and teaching her daughters all about Virginia Tech Football. Go Hokies!!!
 
Lindsey Baker, Manager, Business Relations

Lindsey joined The Club Foundation in October of 2006 as the manager of business relations.  She is the liaison to CMAA’s Corporate Advantage Program, which entails recruiting, managing and implementing the corporate sponsorship funds and relationships.  Additionally, Lindsey assists The Club Foundation in the execution of all special event activities, which include live and silent auctions, benefit drawing, and others throughout the year.

A native of Richmond, Lindsey has been in Northern Virginia since June of 2005.  She graduated from Elon University in May, 2004, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Spanish.  Prior to joining the Club Foundation, Lindsey sold new homes for Ryan Homes in Northern Virginia.  Before that, she was living in North Carolina and working for the athletic department at Elon as the Director of Marketing and Home Operations.  Directly out of college, she worked for Octagon on the Lexus Champions for Charity national golf program. 

When Lindsey is not as CMAA, she enjoys learning to cook, traveling, going to Nationals games and watching other sports on TV, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.  She also works with the Elon DC Alumni Chapter and is a member of the Junior League.
