As
The Club Foundation Liaison you are
the facilitator of two-way communications
between your chapter and The Club
Foundation. Regular communications
between CF staff and liaisons will
ensure that the most up-to-date information
is relayed to the chapter's members.
The Club Foundation Liaison
shall: |

Provide brief updates regarding
The Club Foundation at monthly chapter
meetings;
Submit any questions that chapter
members have regarding The Club Foundation
to CF staff. This enables CF staff
to provide answers to these questions
in a timely manner;
Work with the Public Relations
Chairman to ensure that your chapter
newsletter contains current information
regarding The Club Foundation
Work closely with the Chapter
President to ensure that nominations
for the Willmoore H. Kendall Scholarship
are submitted to The Club Foundation
by the specified deadline date; an
Hold the position for at least
seven months. |
In addition, when you are receiving
a mailing from The Club Foundation,
it is extremely important that you
share that information with your chapter
members in a timely fashion. Mailings
from The Club Foundation will include
information pertaining to such programs
as the Student Scholarship Program,
the Chapter Workshop Grant Program,
or the Student Chapter Grant Program.
All mailings will include deadline
information and applications/forms
that chapter members are required
to complete.
The Club Foundation Liaison will report
directly to the Chapter President.
The fulfillment of responsibilities
will be verified by the Chapter President. |
